Navo acts as a partner of TegasFX, a third-party provider of Instant Funding trading accounts. All trading activity, account management, funding evaluations, and executions are handled solely by TegasFX under their own legal responsibility and terms. Navo does not create, issue, or control trading accounts.
3. Trading Strategies, Signals & Copytrading
3.1 Functionality
Users may access trading strategies—AI-based, human-designed, or hybrid—and optionally copy them to TegasFX-funded accounts via supported integrations.
3.2 No Guarantee of Results
All trading strategies are subject to financial market risks.There is no guarantee of profitability, performance, or capital preservation. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
3.3 Risk Acknowledgment
Trading leveraged products such as Forex or CFDs involves significant risk and may result in the loss of all or more than the invested capital. Users participate at their own sole risk.

Users are solely responsible for verifying any data or signals before using them in trading decisions.
6. Refund Policy
All purchases and services provided by Navo are non-refundable, including (but not limited to):

By using Navo services, you explicitly waive any claim for refund or compensation unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

9. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. No user data is used for AI training or external profiling unless explicitly consented to.
